DIRECTIONS TO THE OAKLAND ART CENTERFrom I-75 go north (or south) to M59 West until you run out of freeway and the road turns into a one way street (University). Stay in the second lane in from the left (crossing Woodward Ave. or the Loop) and when you can't go any further you'll make a left turn on Mill St. which will lead you to Huron (M59), you will go past a big church that is now Clutch Cargo's. Take a right on Huron and go to the second street Saginaw St. and make a left. Go to the second block and when you're close to the corner look for parking on the street or at the municipal lot. There is limited angle parking available on the street and a large attended municipal lot ($3.00 sometimes) on the corner of Saginaw and Pike St. Phoenix Center also has parking. The Oakland Art Center is accessible thru the main doors or via the coffeehouse. See you there!

Playing together since the fall of 2002, the band draws richly from their families country roots. Singer/songwriter Keith Howard sticks to those roots as he pens the original songs for the band. The brother and sister harmonies shine in songs like "Hillbilly Style" and "I Can Make It Rain" are brought out when Keith and Lisa sing together. Audiences respond and love Lisa as she belts out songs like "Gun-Powder and Lead" as well as the band's own "Beautiful Changes". Their vocal style draws folks in and provides a wonderful evening of music. |
